Living for years in Las Vegas, Nevada, and now in Arizona—two regions defined by harsh heat, intensely dry climates, and hard water—made the need for real skin defense undeniably real.

From the beginning, McIntosh Manor was never just about creating a product. It was about an obsession with true care. I originally crafted these formulas for myself and the people I love, long before realizing what this balm could mean for the world.

Act II: The Turning Point

One of the earliest batches I shared was for a wedding party. One of the brides was struggling deeply with severe eczema on her hands, having exhausted countless commercial products without relief. After using this balm consistently, her skin completely transformed.
